The purpose of the 3rd edition of the “current challenges in hematology” conference is to take a snapshot of the current reality, with an eye to the future, fostering discussion among health professionals involved in the management of resources and treatments intended for the management of the patient with hematologic pathology, so as to share guidelines, diagnostic procedures, support tools, and innovative therapies.
