The workshop is a hands-on course of advanced minimally invasive surgery for the most common uppergi and colorectal conditions. The workshop is designed for general surgeons with basic laparoscopic skills who aim to improve their knowledge and their expertise in uppergi and colorectal surgery. Each module can be carried out independently and consists in an interactive theoretical course in the afternoon of the first day and in a full day of hands-on procedures on the cadaver on the second day. The trainer-trainee ratio will be 1:1. Two supplemental anatomically dissected cadavers and a team of anatomy trainers will be available during the procedures for the anatomy review.
