An active multidisciplinary interaction is an essential aspect whichmay improve outcomes in patients with lung cancer. Physicians withrelevant expertise are usually selected among members of the localhospital or community healthcare group. An international discussionbetween two teams of different countries can impact the quality ofpatient-focused care, enhance collaboration between specialists andpromote the tumour board efficiency. Given the great interest inneoadjuvant and perioperative treatment in early disease, this year wedecided to focus our attention on this setting, discussing 4 cases oflimited/locally advanced disease.
