Although significant progress has been made in understanding both monogenic and polygenic autoinflammatory diseases, current data on the clinical manifestations of these rare conditions remain limited—particularly in adult patients—highlighting the need for further research. To address this gap, the aida project (autoinflammatory diseases alliance) was established with the goal of reducing the fragmentation of knowledge by promoting the sharing of clinical data and experiences across different medical centers. The initiative has led to the development of a web-based platform hosting several registries designed for the prospective collection of clinical, laboratory, and therapeutic information related to these disorders. The aida seminars aim to provide healthcare professionals and researchers with comprehensive insights into both the theoretical framework and practical implementation of the project.
