- Still’s disease is a rare autoinflammatory disorder driven by dysregulation of innate immunity and excessive cytokine production, particularly interleukin-1. Despite advances in understanding its pathogenesis and the availability of targeted biologic therapies, the disease remains challenging due to its clinical heterogeneity, diagnostic delay, and potential for severe systemic complications.
This webinar will provide an up-to-date overview of the pathogenetic mechanisms, diagnostic tools, and current therapeutic strategies for still’s disease. Experts will discuss recent eular/pres recommendations, current and emerging real-world evidence from the international aida network registry dedicated to still's disease, and evidence supporting early targeted intervention to improve outcomes and personalize patient management.
